The Ekahau Positioning Engine (EPE) software works on the wireless
local network (WLAN) already existing in most companies and
organizations.
Each tracked item is equipped with an Ekahau tag, the smallest in the market – credit card size.
Then, the tag location is tracked in real time by the EPE.
The system can track Laptops and PDAs. In this case the laptop or PDA act the same as a tag.
The end user monitor the tracked items by one of our end user softwares like Ekahau Finder and Ekahau Tracker.
Our system allows the users to design their own end user software which can be easily linked to the EPE. This allows the integration of Ekahau RTLS system in any existing software.
